Currently, there is no Vietnam embassy in Paraguay. However, Paraguayan citizens can apply for a Vietnam visa using the following methods:

1. Apply at a Vietnam Embassy in a Nearby Country

Visit or contact the nearest Vietnam embassy or consulate for visa processing. You can check nearby locations here.

Visa on Arrival (VOA)

For a more convenient option, apply online for a Vietnam visa approval letter through the Vietnam Immigration Department. Once approved, you can get your visa stamped upon arrival at any international airport in Vietnam.

Starting from 2025, all Visa on Arrival applications will be switched to Evisa, which offers a streamlined process without the need for embassy visits or airport stamping.

3. Vietnam E-Visa

The Vietnam E-visa offers a fully electronic application process, making it even more convenient for Ukrainian residents. This visa allows entry through designated airports, seaports, and land borders.
