11. Vietnam eVisa Refund Policy

New Vietnam eVisa Applications
For new eVisa applications submitted through Vietnam Visa Express, fees are generally non-refundable once processing has started.
If your eVisa application is rejected by the Vietnamese authorities, the applicable payment will be refunded in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information when submitting your application.
If an application is affected by incorrect, incomplete or false information supplied by the applicant, a refund will not be provided and a new application may be required.
Expedited Pending eVisa Applications
The expedited pending eVisa service applies to an existing eVisa application that has already been submitted.
The expedited service fee is non-refundable.
This service is intended to expedite the processing of an existing application. It does not guarantee visa approval. The final decision remains with the relevant Vietnamese authorities.
If the existing application cannot proceed because of incorrect or incomplete information provided by the applicant and a new application is required, additional application and processing fees may apply.
After an eVisa Has Been Issued
Once an eVisa has been issued, the applicable visa and service fees are non-refundable.
Choosing not to travel after your eVisa has been issued does not qualify for a refund.
If changes or a new application are required because incorrect information was originally provided, additional fees may apply.
