The Vietnam Embassy in Warsaw serves as the sole Vietnamese diplomatic representation in Poland. This embassy offers various services, including visa issuance and consular legalization. It is also the first point of contact for Vietnamese citizens in Poland who may have lost their passports.

For Polish citizens and residents seeking to obtain a Vietnam visa, there are two main options available:

  1. Visa at the Embassy:

    Applicants can contact the Embassy of Vietnam in Warsaw to initiate the visa application process.

  2. Visa on Arrival (VOA):

    For a more convenient option, apply online for a Vietnam visa approval letter through the Vietnam Immigration Department. Once approved, you can get your visa stamped upon arrival at any international airport in Vietnam.
  3.  E-VisaThe Vietnam E-visa offers a fully electronic application process, making it even more convenient. This visa allows entry through designated airports, seaports, and land borders instead of the limited options provided by Visa on Arrival.
