Currently, there is no Vietnam embassy in Luxembourg. However, Luxembourg citizens can apply for a Vietnam visa using the following methods:
1. Apply at a Vietnam Embassy in a Nearby Country

2. Apply for a Visa on Arrival (VOA)
Visa on Arrival is a convenient option for air travelers. This allows you to get your visa stamped upon arrival at a Vietnam international airport without needing to visit the embassy.
3. Apply for an E-Visa
Starting from 2025, all Visa on Arrival applications will be switched to Evisa, which offers a streamlined process without the need for embassy visits or airport stamping.
An E-visa is available for travelers entering Vietnam by air, land, or sea. Apply online through the Vietnam Immigration Department or trusted agencies.
