No, having a different port of entry from the one specified in your Vietnam E-visa is not a problem.

With a Vietnam E-visa, you are allowed to enter and exit through any of the 42 designated international checkpoints, including airports, seaports, and land border gates. The port of entry specified during your application is mainly for processing purposes and does not restrict you from entering through another port.

However, it's important to note that you should inform the immigration authorities if your port of entry has changed, but this is typically not an issue as long as you're entering through one of the approved checkpoints.

If you're unsure, it's always a good idea to double-check with the Vietnam Immigration Department or your travel agent.
