This option is suitable for travelers who prefer to handle the application process directly. Here’s what you need:
- Visa Application Form: Available on the embassy or consulate’s official website.
- Original Passport: Must be valid for at least six months beyond your intended stay.
- Photos: Two (2) recent 2×2 inch passport-sized photos.
- Visa Fee: Payment options typically include Visa or MasterCard.
- Supporting Documents (if required): These may include a visa approval letter or an invitation letter from a host in Vietnam.
Submit your application either in person or by mail to the nearest embassy or consulate.
2.Visa on Arrival (VOA)
For a more convenient option, apply online for a Vietnam visa approval letter through the Vietnam Immigration Department. Once approved, you can get your visa stamped upon arrival at any international airport in Vietnam.
3. E-Visa
An E-visa is available for travelers entering Vietnam by air, land, or sea. Apply online through the Vietnam Immigration Department or our website.
